Appalling, incompetent, waste of time.

Bought a car from heycar and there was nothing but problems throughout, met with a total lack of correspondence and the correspondence I did receive was just nothing short of incompetence.
I wanted the car delivered and they booked the wrong dealership address so I had to wait and wait, all the while you’re met with excuses. I was told 30 mins before the car was supposed to be delivered that the delivery has been cancelled and I would have to wait yet again, baring in mind that this happened the day previously also.
Offered to pick the car up myself to save the hassle and they wouldn’t settle for that either. So here I am still without a car, two failed delivery attempts and two holidays down the drain from work.
Useless, go elsewhere.

heycar UK is a great site for car buyers. It handles cars from approved dealer across the country many of whom provide free delivery. It allows you to reserve cars whilst you sort out part exchange or selling (eg through Motorway)
