Having only ever seen one advert on TV for Heycar, I decided to try them. The agent who was dealing with me was polite cheerful and friendly, and constantly asked if I needed him to answer questions or if I had any queries. Overall a good experience to buy a car when sitting at home, and I would gladly recommend them to friends and family in the future. The only area I think attention is needed, is that a driving contractor was used to deliver the car and he knew nothing about it, and couldn’t wait to disappear leaving me to my own devises on what buttons controlled what?

I was a little cautious with purchasing a car online but found the whole experience pretty good! I found a suitable car which was located on other side of country! Chatted to salesman at the dealership and secured car with £99. I then received an invoice for balance , however, the invoice didn’t reflect the £250 discount for buying online! Discussed this with Heycar representative who seemed unaware of the offer! I directed him to the location on their website! He needed to check with his manager and I soon had a correct invoice! I was kept up to date on progress via e mails and phone calls! Meanwhile I checked on status of car which had been removed from site! I also checked mot status and the car had new mot the day after I purchased . Received phone call to agree delivery slot , no issues! However train cancellations caused issues for delivery driver! He phone me and explained the agreed delivery time had now become impossible! I understood the situation! He asked if he could deliver , early the next morning! No issues with mr and he turned up as agreed at 6 am ! Car was as expected , new mot, serviced and well presented! No issues! Mot, v5 slip , handbook and service record handed over! I then dropped delivery guy to local railway station . Overall I was very pleased with both car and process . Got a warranty document which I hope I don’t need to use! As for 30 days free insurance, I’m sure it’s an ok deal but you have to buy insurance then cancel after 30 days ! I didn’t take the option but simply sorted my own insurance .
