A mixed experience on this occasion. Pre-sales and up to completion of payment was excellent. Ibrahim was very helpful and easy to contact. Arranging delivery was a lot more disappointing, with provisional date promised, then no contact to confirm or not less than 24 hrs before the date. When I tried to clarify it was really difficult to get anyone from Heycar on the phone, leading me to worry I was being scammed. When eventually they did contact me they told me it would be another few days before delivery. I then immediately received a notification of delivery for an earlier date (which I was pleased about); only to be told that it was a mistake. Not the experience you want when you are so looking forward to getting your new car. I just hope it turns up on the latest promised date. So in part, very good and in part, not so good.

I have never received such superb service as I have from heycar. Joanne, from the Customer Service department went completely above and beyond throughout my entire experience. She understood and listened to me, took my comments on board and did everything she could (and more) to ensure I was completely happy with my car purchase. In future, I would 110% buy from heycar again, and would strongly recommend to anyone to use them - absolutely amazing!
