This was the first time I had purchased a car online without going through a dealership. So was apprehensive at first but from the first contact with Heycar the process was very easy. The team keep me informed about how the sale was progressing. I also wanted the car transported rather than driven to me, Kanisha sorted that out for me. I would definitely use Heycar again.

i looked on hay car for a vw polo for my daughter and saw one on hay car ...and the dealer was perrys of burnley... i saw the picture on the rear o/s dooor being damaged but thought this could be sorted but having wasted my time looking at the car because there was more damage on the inside of the of the sill .and when asked the sales rep he said the car is the price of the ad and sold as seen . great dealer ship perrys of burnley

Thought I was using a reputable company ?.was looking for first car for my daughter, found a car and was waiting on a couple of queries, then got a phone call from Hey Car to say someone else put a deposit on the car to hold it and it was no longer available (something the sales manager told me after that hey car don’t do). Still, I was able to go on the website straight after the call and put a deposit on that car, I then got a call from hey car a few minutes after to say that the other customer had failed a credit check !!! Asked to speak to a manager and was promised a call on the Monday morning. After making multiple calls I eventually spoke to the sales manager who couldn’t answer my questions so said he would get his manager to call me the following day. Again, after spending all day trying to get through, finally got through to be told that both the sales manager and the more senior manager who was supposed to be calling me were actually not even in the office.
I actually spoke to the salesman who I initially dealt with who was quite pushy and aggressive and wanted to explain..
I told him that I didn’t want to discuss this matter with him and wanted to speak to the manager. I just wanted to confirm whether the car was still on hold for me but because I wouldn’t discuss this other matter with him he refused to tell me if the car was still being held for me. So 5 days after putting a deposit on the car and showing my daughter, who loved the car that she would be getting it. I then find out that even though I’d spoken to the dealer as well (Cars2 Hyundai in Wakefield) who told me the car was immaculate and was a lovely car, I then find out that after all this, they hadn’t inspected the car and have only now checked it after I put a deposit down and was told by a member of Cars2 that the car was ‘condemned’. So I’ve had to break the news to my daughter that she now isn’t getting the car and have requested my deposit back. Lesson learned.
