I have a really good relationship with Hurrecane bikes speak to them on a weekly basis with Tara and her sister francesca they have a laugh ... If My bike breaks or something is wrong Dale or one of them team will come out soon as they have someone available due to Hurrecane Bike is getting bigger by the day and Supporting local Delivery Guys... dont believe the bad reviews they are a perfect company cheap and reliable and really good built bikes (Yes it may take a few tries to get hole of them on the phone but why not just email them they takes may take upto the next working day to get back to you!)

Perfect bikes and built with love and care and they deliver really fast and ready to ride
Yes they you have to pay a extra £8-9 for insurance but that nothing that incase you bikes gets stolen or gets nicked
Would deffo recommend Hurrecane bikes to everyone and i have got a few customers as people ask me and i told them and they have gone straight to the website and order them
The owner on the other hand is amazing guy really support people who speads the word Hurrecane and he thanks you and he appreciate us customers who loves his company...

"I have been renting their bike for a month now"
I have been using their bike for a month now and I am very much satisfied with the bike and the level of support that I’m being received. Hurrecane was introduced to me by a stranger. Initially, I’ve been very sceptical about their service as they are very new in this bike subscription market, especially when they are offering the subscription at a lower cost where their rivals charge three times higher than that amount. I called the Hurrecane customer care and asked every questions that I had in my mind. The customer support team is very kind and patient, they clarified all my doubts and it gave me a confidence to sign up to their subscription.
After enrolled, they turn up the bike within the timeline that they initially promised. When I had it in my hand, I was totally amazed with the quality of the bike. It was brand new and very good looking bike. It turned out exactly how they displayed it on their website.
When it comes to service, they always listen to us and give a best solution on time. Whenever I ride the bike on the road, there are people always enquire about the bike. I am happily recommend Hurrecane to them.

"I have been renting my ebike for two…"
I have been renting my ebike for two months now. I am loving it , I feel like a kid again. I actually look forward to travelling to work as the cycle is now painless. I can zip about as quick as anything no traffic no parking charges and no petrol. Also had a puncture on Saturday sent the office an email Sunday and lovely Mel from customer service rang me straight away first thing Monday and arranged for the puncture to be fixed and slime in my tires. I recommend getting the slime at the time of purchase, to save punctures from happening. But Mel sent someone out today very polite guy got straight to the job was done in 20mins. It was that quick and simple. I really can't believe I have only just found this company absolutely first class products the bike is so sturdy and I feel so safe and its easy to operate. It's just like riding a bike haha. The customer service is exceptional they really go above and beyond for their customers which in 2022 is very hard to find. I look forward to carry on renting my bike and being well looked after by hurricane. 10/10

"Great e bikes and great customer service"
So basically I found this company at the middle of the pandemic, August 2021 and I was surprised with the range of bikes and the subscription option available to offer. I have been searching for companies that have the same range of prices and I didn't find any one yet. I am recovering from a stem cell transplant and my immune system has been low and this was the best way to self isolate without self isolating and avoiding public transports and on top of this, these e-bikes make your ride very comfortable, easy and pleasant as i use the pannier bags to ride more comfortably and do my supermarket shopping/city touring.
The places I've been going around London there's always someone that asks where did I get this bike and want to get more info, take a picture and basically I've been promoting it on my rides throughout London and they have been positively impressed .
The company drops your bike at your doorstep ready to ride and give you all adicional info.
The customer service is great as there's always someone to help you, and a special thanks to Tara, John, Del, Max, Mel, Francesca and Mark which have been always helpful.
My average mileage is about 30 miles p/day and until now, March 2022, I have been enjoying the bike since day 1, free from maintenance costs and with the possibility of upgrading to a newer model with no additional costs and it definitely helps greatly on my mental and phisical wellbeing.

"Go Hurrecane"
This is a small company that provides electric bikes at a very competitive price.
Amazon they are not and it would be silly to expect Amazon efficiency and speed.
I loved the fact that I could get a decent electric bike for a very decent price and give it back for the winter. No worries about winter storage and maintenance.
If there is a problem, they come and fix it - ok, not overnight (although you can pay extra for faster service) but it is comparable to any other service - if you pay for a bronze package you cannot expect platinum level of service.
You also get to talk to a real person rather than a chat bot and whenever there is a glitch, they do their best to sort it out for you.
I hope Hurrecane keep going for many years to come and don't end up being taken over by some soulless corporation.
Can't wait to get another bike.

Hurrecane are fantastic!
I needed a bike at the start of lockdown 2020 and Hurrecane were able to arrange for an e-bike to be delivered - I didn’t have a helmet and they were able to provide one for me to borrow. Their customer service, especially Paul and Tara, are fantastic, as are the patient delivery team. After two years I have returned the bike, as I no longer need it, and they arranged for a next day collection. I have recommended Hurrecane to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thanks

Hurrecane are Brilliant!
I've really wanted to get an ebike after trying one out at my local bike shop but the cost of them is quite high to buy outright and I wanted to see how much use I'd get out of it so I decided to search online for a rental and Hurrecane came up. Do not let the reviews put you off, I think that was just teething problems during a very difficult period over Covid & with supply issues. Hurrecane are really brilliant and the team are incredibly friendly and easy to deal with. A few things before you decide to start renting should be noted, you will need insurance (I went with Pedalsure who have been great but my partner added his onto our general home insurance for about £30 annually so it's not bad at all!) and you may have to compromise with what's available. Once you purchased your insurance the direct debit will also be setup which can take a couple of weeks to confirm it's in place - then you schedule a date for your bike to be delivered. I placed my order on the 28th of Jan and they were delivered on the 15th of February! We had a problem with Ben's controller and Hurrecane came back within the week to replace it and it now works beautifully!
The bikes themselves are really wonderful to ride, so much fun and relaxing! Going up hills is no issue with the pedal assist and you can tailor that to suit if you'd like to work a bit harder or keep it nice and easy. The battery on the bikes lasts long -we've never run out even when running a little low on juice and they are easy to charge. They are really attractive bikes, we've had tons of compliments and Hurrecane will fix any issues with them (apart from punctures but those are easy enough to fix and we got them slimed to reduce the effect of punctures which I would recommend!).
A big thank you to Mel, Fran and the team at Hurrecane. If you're looking to rent an ebike, I couldn't recommend them enough for service and quality of product!

Hurrecane is a small business which makes me happy to do business with them, I am a delivery rider and put around 1000 kilometres on my bike every week which means I do require frequent repairs, they have a team of mechanics who travel around the UK and will get your bike fixed within a couple of days all included in the subscription which is just amazing. I have a regular mechanic, Max, who is such an awesome guy he’s like a friend to me now. When I call up they know me and exactly what I require, they amaze me with there service which is more than I ever could have wished for when signing up.
When I first signed up I was a little sceptical as they are a small company and didn’t have many reviews or social media activity but as soon as my bike arrived all that scepticism was gone.
Hurrecane are an amazing small company and I am happy to have them provide my bike for me that I use for my work. I wouldn’t use them if they weren’t reliable and the repairs weren’t quick as if I don’t have a bike I can’t earn. They fully understand this as there are many couriers that use their bikes and they always find the best and quickest way to come out and fix any issues I have, once again all included in my subscription which is amazing.
To conclude I cannot fault Hurrecane at all so far. When you do call because it’s a small business you feel like your part of their family, they treat me so well and I’m more than happy to continue with them for the foreseeable future.
