I had an e-bike for over a year. I did have one small issue with one of the brakes after 8 months but I contacted the customer service and it was resolve in a quick and timely manner. I did not experience any rudeness from the staff and I would certainly use the company again.

They are a fraudulent company that will swindle your money. Don't fall into their trap. Even after two months, they haven't delivered the bike they promised me, nor have they refunded the deposit I paid them, Contrary to their promise to refund my deposit within ten days.
