"They are worse company"
They are worse company. They took my payment and didn't deliver. Also you can not directly call them there number is just a fancy dressing to redirect you to there website contact Form. They took all advance and didn't deliver. I continued to chase them via email. But they aren't refunding as well. They are committing advance payment Fraud. Don't Trust Them
In my last enquiry about the delivery and Refund.
Here is an email I received from them.
Hi Asad Saeed,
Your order has been discussed with the director, as your 1 star review online is querying that you have not received a refund and your emails are asking for a delivery date.
This is conflicting information and along with the number of emails stating that you will cancel your order if we don't deliver within a certain time (even when we have advised of a window of 7-10 working days) we feel that the relationship has already been damaged and that it is best that you source an ebike from another supplier.
Online reviews are very damaging to businesses and we do not take this lightly, especially when they are factually incorrect. Therefore our legal team have been notified to address this.
Any refunds are on hold whilst the legal investigation is taking place. Should you remove the online review, we will not be taking any further action and the refund request will be assed to the accounts team.
It is unfortunate that you have taken the stance that you have. We hope that this matter is resolved as quickly as possible.

I have taken subscription for my everyday use and take extra battery and theft cover aswell. The bike i receive wasn't new it was used bike.The battery I received doesn't last as it describe and I email them to replace, after few days I email them about brake and sparks in my battery when try to charge. They advise me to stop using it until engineer check after some days engineer check and tell its battery fault and he take my bike and everything with him and tell me we will send you replacement bike . I waited for any reply from them and try to call them but no answer . And next day they charge £1500 from me and email invoice without informing me and when I try to contact by email no reply and no call. Now when I email them to take it further , they are blaming me for that. Getting rude reply that I have damaged it and not giving me refund me £1500 and deposit for bike and extra battery.
Stay away from this company.

Company gave me best bike I have ride yet good customer support as well I love hurricane bike and there service
Recommended to have it and I am recommended because of I am new ti in this country and it's easy and fast to apply and best thing is that is pocket friendly,
As well as I had great bike which I can ride in all weather. That great experience I love so much.

"Deposit not returned"
The bikes were great and the staff friendly. Ine did break down twice both times on cycling holidays which was very annoying. On both occasions the power stopped engaging. The main issue I have with Hurricane is that they have still not returned our deposits. We returned them in October and it is now February and we have not had our money returned.

"SLOW REFUND OF DEPOSIT"
If you know you are not 100% sure of getting their product save yourself the stress and hustle because you deposit will be gone hopefully not forever. I cancelled my order less than 48 hours after subscription to this company on the 11 Jan 2024 And refund policy takes 10days to send your money back with a £25 penalty people it's 29th Jan 2024 and still only getting info that accounts team are reviewing and working on the refund. 13days and counting to get your money back If you're financially down they will have you dead before your refund comes back if it will ever come back to you. Too bad I was telling friends about them
They finally Refunded my money after 14 working days. Still not the best experience

"I'll be back..."
Having just returned my rental bike after a 9 month hire (only because I plan to take my training indoors over the winter months) I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at Hurrecane for their exceptional customer service.
While the bike itself was similar to something I hired previously from one of their competitors it was Hurrecane's customer service that really stood out. Calls to the office based team were answered promptly and dealt with efficiently (which was certainly not the case with the firm I hired from initially) while the mobile engineers who serviced the bike were always punctual and prepared to go the extra mile to keep the bike safe and in good shape.
If things go to plan I'll be back in touch with Hurrecane once the sun comes out again next spring.

"Best service... Ask for Del! "
I was almost going to stop my subscription... Because I had been waiting so long to swap bikes. Then in rolls a service technician called Del, who quite frankly went well out of his way to help me during a service to the bike I already had. "Leave it with me" we're his words and low and behold the very next day I get an email saying the bike would prepped and ready asap. Not only that , but when it did arrive I was disappointed that the new bike had no throttle lever. Del, who was already extremely busy took the time to install one without me even asking for it. Absolute 5* service from him. You should be proud to have such a decent guy working for you.
