"Villa delle Sophore -Tuscany"

I just returned from my vacation at Villa Delle Sophore booked through Emma Villa. We had a wonderful stay and loved the villa. During the booking of the villa I did have an issue with a cleaning charge for a dinner we were going to host, but after a few emails back and forth I was able to settle the issue without further problems.
On our way to the villa we did get held up at the airport and were having trouble getting our phones switched over so we could use data…as we were a few hours late, Emma Villa contacted us to make sure we were ok, which was appreciated! I felt horrible that we were late and the villa hosts had been waiting for us with no response, but when we arrived they gave us big hugs and were just wonderful.
During our stay we had no issues with the villa at all, and knew the owners were always available if we needed them.
Everything went very smoothly for us, and the communication between us, Emma Villas and the hosts of the villa was great.
I would recommend this company and will use it myself again the next time I go on vacation.

"Villa Gioia a Sanremo"

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa villa di recentissima costruzione sulla prima collina sopra Sanremo.La villa è molto bella ; la vista che si gode è fantastica ma la piscina a sfioro è il fiore all'occhiello della proprietà !

"We stayed at VILLA DELL'ANGELO 10"

We stayed at VILLA DELL'ANGELO 10, and the professionalism of Emma Villas was outstanding. Our original Vrbo booking was canceled just three weeks before our trip, but Emma Villas made the process of finding a new villa for our family of seven, plus a baby, completely stress-free.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Alessandro and his son, who had been excellent communicators leading up to our stay. They gave us a thorough tour of the villa, explaining how everything worked. The villa itself was spacious and perfect, with plenty of areas both indoors and outdoors for dining and relaxing. The beach pontoon was definitely a highlight.

Our only minor issue was that the hot water took quite a long time to reach the upstairs bedrooms, so we mostly had cold showers—which, given the heat, wasn’t much of a problem.

"Ricciolo 4, a true home away from home"

We booked a stay at Ricciolo 4 for one week, 4 adults and a small dog. We were more than happy with the property which has a dreamlike view over the Tuscan Hills near San Gimignano. We were overwhelmed by the outstanding hospitality of the owner, Rosanna. Villa Ricciolo is a truly remarkable place and we loved every minute of our stay. Her attention to detail, the well equipped kitchen (all of best quality), the cleanliness of the home and all the small touches were remarkable. The garden was beautiful and in perfect condition, even in August. A true home away from home. The booking process with Emma Villas was very professional and reliable. To sum it up: we will come back.

"Dimora campo delle mura"

Dimora campo delle mura, alloggio confortevole immerso nelle campagne sopra San Benedetto del Tronto. Tutto nuovo a parte le pentole che necessiterebbero di una sostituzione, come uno dei due materassi nella camera doppia che risulta veramente scomodo. Luogo immerso nella pace, peccato per i lavori alla strada comunale che è proprio adiacente alla dimora. Vista sul mare molto bella. Suggerirei l’aggiunta dell’ a/c nella zona soggiorno che nelle ore di sole è molto calda

LA VILLA ERA PERFETTA .SI STAVA BENE . LA PISCINA IL GIARDINO IL CAMPO DI TENNIS ..OTTIMO ! SI DORMIVA BENE E LA CASA ERA BELLA POLITA . Si STAVA BENE VICCIONO AL LAGGO E QUALCHE PAESE .
