I've purchased this pair of tan coloured brogue chelsea boots for my husband for Christmas. Although he has yet to receive them I'm sure he'll be happy. They have arrived in a lovely box, both boots have their own individual cloth cover and a shoe horn which will come in handy when putting on. The quality of them is fantastic, really smooth leather and beautiful tan colour and a good thick sole. I received great service from Oswinhyde and will definitely be back to order more in the future. The only reason for a 4⭐️ review is that my husband hasn't been gifted these just yet but I'm sure if I reviewed these in the new year it would be 5⭐️ as I'm sure he'll have many years wear out of these boots.

Bought these Chelsea Boots for my husband for Christmas, he tried them on and loved them, true to size, soft leather and very comfortable he said. The price was excellent and delivery very good too. Would definitely recommend buying from this company.

"Low qualit product"

Purchased a pair of suede Chelsea boots. After 2 days of wearing them they started to fall apart. I contacted customer services and fortunately got a quick refund. I would agree with others in that this is a cheap product pretending to be a high quality product. The suede was really poor quality and would very quickly look very worn. Avoid this brand, better shoes around for similar money.

"Poor customer service"

Shoes were delivered quickly and fitted well but on the second wear developed an unusual crease in the leather on the big toe that then rubbed. Contacted customer service for an exchange and was told that I must have damaged them myself and as they were out of their 28 day return period (by 3 weeks) that they would not be offering an exchange. Perhaps I expected too much…..buy cheap, buy twice. Won’t be purchasing from them again.
