Now I appreciate you receive the wrong size you just send back.. but after the dumb advice on the website requesting you get a size down because they 'run large' which after a complaint I made they've since removed! Big middle finger to the individual who actioned that!
In all fairness the boots felt a really good fit and by the time I'd commuted into the city realised they were too small. waste of my money and customer service were just outright rude about the whole situation, completely denying the advice they were giving online.
My socials and linkedin is healthy with connections and follows and in total of 80k+ so I'll be gifting OH a post about the whole experience. Your Welcome!

They will reply to this explaining they said to try on before which I did.
They will completely miss the point of being completely misleading about asking customers to BUY THE WRONG SIZE!

Very comfortable boots. At a reasonable price.
I do have a small consern about the materials used in the sole of the boot,a gut feeling it's of a softer compound as I might have expected.
Only time will tell.
