Dreadful quality shoes, and even worse customer service. Soles came off after 2 times wearing, and they told us to get lost! Having to take legal action because they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.

Update after 3 weeks trying to get customer service - it seems they have one person who can deal with escalations and that person is dealing with personal stuff. So I have been assured on three separate occasions that this supervisor will reach out to me and it has never happened. I have told them that I’m now starting a small claims against them (which is absurd for a pair of shoes) and they seem quite happy with that rather than make any effort to sort this out. i’ve reported them to trading standards and I plead with other customers to please go elsewhere cause this company are a complete joke.

Bought a beautiful Oswin Hyde Brolley unfortunately it has revealed a manufacturing defect after 10 months of very little use. The end of the Brolley has worn through it would seem it’s manufactured with cheap thin tubing. Not a solid end piece. Oswin Hyde only guarantee for 6 MONTHS! Buyer beware.

Good quality shoes at a decent price - I picked up three pairs for my 16y old. Was great as a ‘more grown up’ starter formal shoes for him. Nice touch to include accessories, extra laces, shoe horn, polish pad. Excellent customer service - easily corrected my delivery address after a quick email to them.

I bought a tan pair of "William " style size 8 for a wedding. I was delighted when I opened the parcel as they were so well presented with goodies in the box.
These are bomb proof and nicely weighted. Watch out for blisters on first few wears, they're a little high on the ankle area and I copped a blister when I got home. I worn them for 12 hours on the first day. You need to smear vaseline on any areas you might be prone to blisters, compeeds make them more comfortable but WON'T stop a blister. Polyester socks not cotton or wool as Polyester takes moisture away from your feet, damp sweaty feet make blisters more likely.
The quality of the shoe is outstanding and excellent value for your money, I'm so truly delighted.
I've already bought conditioner and waterproof spray for them along with inserts to keep the shape.
I've been in business 4 decades and always buy quality shoes as I'm on my feet 10-14 hrs most days, these will last me for years as I'll look after them, the day after the wedding I bought another pair in different colour.
Watch sizing, I would have gone for 8.5 if they sold them. Lots of men wore tan shoes at the wedding but these pointy Chinese type none were a patch on mine for shade or shape. I hope all this helps you decide, you'll love them. Quentin.
