Ordered Winston black shoes for my graduation.
Shoes arrived and have clearly been worn the soles where dirty and scuffed with scuffs also on the leather. Contacted customer support who advised to return shoes by 2pm and would send out new shoes however would take 5 days to deliver this ment they would not be here for my graduation I requested 24 hour delivery but informed not an option. Opted for return only..
