Received the shoes as a present.

Look great, fit is not bad.

Wore them for about 1 hour, walked less than 600 metres in them.

Stitching undoing or a crack appearing on left inner shoe but worse, the right shoe had a cracked lattice appearance that has just appeared.

Cust service asked if I had banged them on something but I really haven't.

They suggested a hairdryer and rubbing the shoe with a soft cloth.

It saddens me to say but avoid this company online. Buy only in store so that problems can be verified when any issues arise.

Bought some shoes. Loved the shoes, but there was a really small issue with the shoe bags that they came with having some marks on them. This was a tiny issue that wouldn't have affected the usage, but as they were for my wedding I was being a little picky (groomzilla maybe...). I called Oswin Hyde and they immediately sent me a return label and switched out the shoes and the bags. I honestly can't fault their customer service at all and I really love the shoes. I suspect my shoe collection will have a few more OH pairs in the near future!

"Shoes and umbrella "

Bought an foldable umbrella for my wife and two pairs of shoes. The umbrella seems just as good quality as one I bought for myself, The shoes are brogues and look good and seem robust but will see how they go after a few good walks but I'm quite confident there up to the job. As with ordering and delivery it's up Oswin Hyde's normal good standard
