Ordered a part that we were very specific as the order information etc. the wrong part was sent, I had the Master Mechanic on the phone with me as we placed the order. This was to make sure there were no mistakes, we had set aside saturday and sunday for the install work.
Called and advised the wrong part was sent, told they wouldn’t have one until late December.
Seems like send what we have and maybe he’ll keep it, not the case. The mechanic stated that’s what he puts up with all the time. Not from this company but as a whole in his industry, been nice if they had just said we don’t have it and i could have purchased elsewhere

I haven’t heard a word about my purchase. It’s been billed to my credit card and I yet to have heard anything about it. Let me repeat myself. I’ve had zero contact from the company. I need to apologize. They did send an email that I found in spam. Still waiting to see how my order is processed .up date . Did receive my order , took awhile more on the shipping company than anything else. Won’t be put together for awhile but all in all happy how it went.
