"Really bad experience"

Really bad experience, never shopping here again!Bought three shirts, one shrank so much after a first wash with cold water that I can't use it anymore, and obviously can't return. I had returned one shirt right after delivery, it's taken more than 2 weeks for a refund, and I still don't have it on my bank account. Plus they refunded nearly 5€ less. Not a lot, but still very annoying. Plus the online service is slow at best.

I've only received one item out of three (one of which they didn't even have in stock when they charged me) and I still haven't been reimbursed after more than a month, despite an open Paypal dispute and numerous exchanges with their customer service.
You were very quick to debit my money, why is reimbursement taking so long ? Total scam.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
