We had a positive experience with TuGo when we had to cancel our trip due to a serious health issue. The people who dealt with us were compassionate and helpful. Our claim took about two months to process. I felt this was reasonable.

Tugo your policies are so bad for supervisa insurance and you only want to not pay the claims.
DO NOT BUY Supervisa insurance via Tugo.
You want Visitor to talk in English even tho they come from asian country. Your agent are very rude and racists to consumers. Claims opened on time and hospital fax you and never send bill to travelers as they might just stay in AirBnB for week but you want the bill to be sent in written when consumer will never get bill before they travel. After send the bill and reason you deny simply as it took more time.

Have something called as good faith.
