Bought an open-box radio at a decent price and paid for guaranteed next day delivery. Did not arrive, so I left it an extra day as it was the run-up to Christmas. Still did not arrive, so phoned up to be told it was 'out of stock' and a new was was being ordered - but would be full-price (ie 3 times the cost). I pointed out that an open-box item by definition cannot be out of stock and no-one had contacted me about this. Fobbed off with offers of more expensive goods. The open-box radio is still being advertised on the website - goodness knows how many they have 'sold'. Shocking!
