I was hesitant at first as I did not know or use the company before, but boy was I surprised, positively. I did not only get the item much cheaper, but also the NEXT day which was ideal.

Delivery took longer than suggested due to not being in stock, but communication regarding progress of my order and delivery tracking was the best of any retail company I have ever dealt with. Thanks Julie at Returns.

Yesterday I ordered a stylus from the website. It said they had 5 in stock so I paid for the guaranteed next day delivery. When I got my order confirmation it stated that the item was on a 3-5 day lead time. I called the customer service number on the website and the guy told me that he couldn't even see my order on the system, he didn't actually work in the web sales team- I had been put through to a random store. He said he would look into it and call me back-to-back he didn't! I then emailed them to try and get confirmation as to whether my item was arriving next day or not. I eventually got an email back telling me that they were waiting for stock and that it would be 3-5 days "as per the order". This reply was an hour after I'd had an email telling my the item had been dispatched to me! I replied and explained that when I placed the order they told me it was in stock and that it wasn't until after they had taken my money that it changed to a 3-5 day lead time, and I also explained that I had already had a dispatch notification from them. This morning he replied and told me that the items had arrived with them 'late last night' and that it why they managed to dispatch it. Why even make something like that up? Just say sorry for your rubbish computer system!!
Anyway, something is arriving today! Let's hope it's my item!
Don't think I'll be using superfi again in a hurry though!
