I have sent my Denon x2300w for repair with Superfi on 15 October 2018. That is more than two months ago!
Superfi informed me that they sent it to Denon service department for repair. When I received my device back, as soon as I unpacked it, I found out both wifi antennas were broken! I immediately contacted Superfi and sent it back again to repair the damage caused to my AVR. Finally, my receiver was delivered back to me on 30th November.
However, after setting up and using the receiver, it produced the same fault as before! I requested from Superfi to replace the receiver since the service department not only failed to fix the problem, but it managed to damage my receiver in the process (even though this damage seems to have been repaired later).
They are claiming that they requested from Denon a replacement unit, but it is up to Denon and they cannot do anything. I know that I bought from Superfi and my contract is with them! They just seem to try to avoid that responsibility.

Price was competitive and the customer service good. However, on choosing and paying for the item, I then had to wait six weeks for the item to arrive! This was not made clear at the time of purchase.
Would like to see a clearer indication of the waiting time in future if I was to make another purchase.

I ordered an Onkyo Multi disc CD Player that was not in stock at the time of ordering. Superfi kept me updated on when I could expect stock to arrive. This is not the first time I have used Superfi and it certainly won't be the last. Thank you for excellent service
