We had the Karndean knight tile installed less than a year ago and it’s scratched so much it looks terrible. I feel sad every time I see it (and given it’s in most of the downstairs of our house, that’s quite often) and I’m embarrassed to have people over. I can’t see a time where the warranty would actually be of any help having spoken to the customer service team on the phone. We’ve used the Karndean repair kit which restored it for a week or two and now it’s back to looking terrible again. So disappointed after spending extra on a supposedly trusted brand name.

For context - we don’t wear shoes indoors, we use pads on the bottom of our furniture. We do have a dog but given that the logo is a dog you'd think it would stand up against that.

Very disappointing and now we’re left with having to fork out thousands more for another floor or looking at a scratched mess every day.
