Previous owners had karndean flooring installed in a conservatory, 9 years ago, when the house was built.

Discoloured
Dreadful!

I’ve followed Karndean’s warranty process for nearly 6 months now for this flooring that was sold as ‘suitable for conservatories’
and I’ve had the initial flooring company come out and state that this was not as a result of poor installation.
I’ve allowed Karndean to come in and examine the floor, even the technician had a view on the poor product, remarking at how bad it was.

Today, Karndean deny that there is any issue with their product and deny any product fault, they deny that it is not suitable for conservatories and suggested that my previous home owners actually allowed their dogs to urinate on it, and poor subflooring!!!!!!
