"The personal was not helpfully"

The personal was not helpfully. Our fly was delayed and we sent you an email, but personal office was very unpleasant when we arribe. And was not eqsy for us to understand their english accent and He got angry at having to repeat.
But worst was the price we paid. We has contract by a CarJet web, and the prices we had to pay finally in your office was much higher than contracted. We feel cheated. Not a good experience.
The car was ok.

"Everything was fine except that we were…"

Everything was fine except that we were a few hours late picking up the car, through no fault of our own, and Aviva charged us for being late! I could understand if this was the drop off, but it was the pick up.

"Be prepared to be ripped off"

Overall this car rental company had good reviews, so we hoped we would have a good experience as well. Turned out they are really seeking to rip off tourists. When receiving the car, it took them about 10 minutes to inspect the car and turn over the keys: fast and efficient. We were flabbergasted when we had to pay €1700 euros deposit for a 4-day rental of a simple Fiat. When returning the car, the employee was trying his best to look for damage, and it took easily more then 30 minutes and he was almost using a magnifying glass. Then he simply pointed to a small weird bubble in the car paint (which was not even clear to see with the human eye) and said we had to pay. Fortunately we had a live picture which was vague, but what do you want? Clients to keep playing the yes/no game? When they see you’re a tourist, they will do everything to rip you off. *** disaster it was. Not coming back.

"1 week hire from Split airport"

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the collection and drop off was quick and efficient. We had the car for one week and we had no problems with it. My only complaint is that when we collected the car it was supposed to be full of fuel, but it took 8 litres to fill it.

"La réservation a été effectuée via le site carjet"

La réservation a été effectuée via le site car jet. Un montant de 43 euros m'a été prélevé pourtant en arrivant chez avia, il n'avait aucune trace de la réservation et par conséquent aucun véhicule nous attendait. Par chance, un véhicule était disponible mais on nous a fortement recommandé de prendre l'assurance alors même qu'une carte Gold pouvait me couvrir. Ils n'ont pas voulu que je fasse une empreinte bancaire avec ma carte gold qui nous couvrait nous forçant ainsi à prendre leur assurance à hauteur de 300 euros. Nous sommes très déçus d'une telle manœuvre car pour nous cela s'apparente à du vol.

"Forced to buy their insurance"

I was forced to buy a 200€ insurance, although I had a visa debit card for the deposit. The booking voucher says VISA card — I brought a Visa card. Visa says there is no difference between credit card and debit card.

There is absolutely no technical reason not to accept a VISA debit card. The only reason it was not accepted — is to sell me the insurance. I would avoid such businesses in the future — not sustainable business philosophy.

El coche nuevo, la recogida fue rápida y la devolución francamente rápida. Al día siguiente desbloquearon la retención y por tanto muy buena experiencia.

"Manque d'amabilité et malhonnêtes "

Manque d'amabilité. Très mauvais service, montre un agacement quand on souhaite utiliser le traducteur. Nous a fourni deux véhicules défaillants. Le premier avait le voyant de la pression des pneus qui s'affichait, n'ont pas voulu en tenir compte, le lendemain nous étions avec pneu crevé obligé de retourner echanger le véhicule. Ils ont eu le culot de nous demander de compléter le gazole alors que nous avons été obligé de retourner exprès. A la prise du véhicule de remplacement le voyant airbag defaillant s'allumait mais ils ont prétendu que c'était normal. Arnaqueur car nous a très fortement inciter à prendre une autorisation pour prendre le ferry de 50€ alors que c'est absolument inutile et jamais demandé.
