I called late on Friday evening to reserve an RV and to my pleasant surprise, was greeted quickly by a live voice -- Lisa -- who was extremely helpful. And friendly.
Got a huge bargain and she seemed almost as excited as I was for that and my upcoming trip.
Called back a couple days later to ask a question I'd forgotten and again, excellent friendly customer service!

Besides the fact I couldn't get the flights to match my return time with the rv, this is my first time getting an rv and they helped me realize how much more planning I needed so I unfortunately had to cancel but they gave me my deposit back with no problems. The only suggestion I have is maybe they could give a list of national parks and campgrounds in the area of rental that are open or closed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a trip 6 months ahead of time. Due to a life threatening medical diagnosis, we were forced to cancel. Even though we cancelled 5 months before the scheduled trip dates, they would not refund my deposit.
