A great experience all the way through from first question (without an appointment) right through to picking up the bike. Loads of knowledge, friendly and polite. Highly recommended

Really knowledgeable staff ready to help, nothing too much trouble, straightforward purchase of 2 bikes( 1 on Ride2work)
Only downside was an admin fee for using cycle solutions scheme but overall experience 5*

Generally a great experience at the Electric Bike Shop in Brentwood (the only branch I have visited) with lots of advice, test ride, and they are friendly and dont insist you speak "technical" to them.

Bike service department there is also helpful and
they try to accommodate.

Not much to say about these guys other than
"just do it". Very Recommended.
