I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Trek bike from the electric bike shop in Gloucester, and I can't recommend Vince highly enough! From my very first visit, his knowledge and expertise stood out. Vince patiently guided me through various models and helped me identify the bike that would best suit my requirements and I left feeling confident about my decision.

On my second visit, Vince walked me through the entire purchasing process, ensuring I understood the sizing and specifications of the bike I had chosen. He recommended accessories that I might find useful in the future and gave excellent customer service again.

Finally, during my third visit, Vince delivered my ordered bike and provided a thorough explanation and demonstration of its features and components. His attention to detail and willingness to ensure I was comfortable with the bike made all the difference.

Good overall service a little disappointed with delivery as warehouse had moved and could not update me on delivery as my bike could not be found in external warehouse but was resolved in a week .

This shop gives expert advice and unbiased information. The staff are very knowledgeable, especially the manager and the prices are competitive. We bought 2 cube bikes and enjoyed a very comprehensive handover and tutorial of the app and battery lock mechanisms. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had done a lot of research before buying an electric bike - perhaps too much as I was getting increasingly confused. However Nikki was incredibly helpful and patient when answering my possibly very stupid questions. This was a huge decision for me but I felt reassured by Nikki's advice & honesty. The bike arrived earlier than the due date and the whole process was seamless. I feel I would be able to contact the shop if I had any questions which gives me confidence. All in all a positive experience.

From initial purchase to ongoing support and maintenance the team in the Harrogate store are a pleasure to deal with and have expert knowledge. As mtbs progress and become harder to work on with the electronics etc a local shop as good as this one is a breath of fresh air.

"Long delivery times"

Submitted an order end of November, and the estimated delivery was mid-December. I didn't receive any updates close to the estimated delivery so I contacted them to get a response that the delivery time on the website was not correct and my bike will be delivered end of January. After a few email exchanges and whatsapp messages they managed to deliver my bike at the beginning of Jan. There was one item missing from my delivered order, I contacted them again and they sent it a couple of days later

I’m giving this shop in Harrogate 100%, I walked in to pick up my Cube one44 electric bike, I’m unaware or e-bikes and the guy with a mustache really helped me through the process or suspension, gears, charging times, and battery etc. I realised I didn’t want inner tubes so the other young lad, made them tubeless in less than 10 mins for a small charge, they helped choose pedals etc. I’m very happy with these young lads assisting me. Love the bike, great service too. Took the cube bike on a mad mission Offroad, only problem with the bike the tyres need to be changed to MAXXIS Assegi and minion DHR 11, apart from that brilliant service and e-MTB
I’ll call again for friendly chat and advice on parts and accessories.
