I would give it no stars but I have to put 1 star.
Ordered my bike at the Wilmslow branch through the Cycles-scheme. The person in the shop said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive, I said that would be fine.
6 weeks went by so I rang the shop, they said that the bike was at a different branch and they had no van to pick the bike up. The bike had been at the other branch for a couple of weeks. Week 7 and I got a phone call telling me my bike was in the shop and could pick it up the next day. Another phone call later that day from the shop telling me they had ordered the wrong bike and that mine would take a further 2 weeks to arrive. Not forgetting off the back of the promises made by the shop, I had booked a few days off work to do Coed y Brenin, Marin trail and Snowdon. On week 9 going on for week 10 I phoned the shop and asked if the bike had arrived which they told me it had and I could pick the bike up the next day. Went and picked the bike up the next day on the Saturday all excited at the prospect of getting out on Sunday with a few mates at Llandegla. Arrived at the shop with my Cyclescheme voucher only to be told that the shop had stopped using the cyclecheme and the voucher was void, I asked the shop when they had stopped using the scheme which they told me 4 weeks ago. The bike was ordered 10 weeks ago.
So I went home pissed off after a 70 mile round trip to pick the bike up. The store manager did phone up his boss and asked if they could honour the voucher as the bike was ordered before they opted out of the cyclescheme. Anyway on the Monday they honoured the cyclescheme voucher so another 70 mile round trip to pick the bike up. All in all a bad experience with the Electric bike company and the Wilmslow branch

"Sutton Coldfield Branch"
Just visited the Sutton Coldfield Branch - I just wanted to express how helpful, friendly and knowledgable all staff members were. A special thanks to Sam, the store manager. Looking forward to continuous business 👍

"Approach with caution"
Very poor service from the Bristol store and not what I’d expect for a nearly £4000 purchase.
The bike came built and PDI’d, or so they said. The handlebars were loose and came completely unadjusted whilst travelling at 25mph resulting in what could have been a nasty accident.
The suspension wasn’t set up properly and was so soft it bottomed out whilst riding along the pavement - not great for a full suspension mountain bike.
And finally, I’ve just come to swap the pedals and they have tightened one pedal on so firm that it won’t come off. I have even bent the spanner.
Avoid!

"Terrible customer service!!! Avoid"
Paid £500 deposit. Told the store to use the deposit for some accessories i.e Helmet, Jacket, shorts etc. No discount on the bike but was told I would get a discount on the accessories. Two weeks later my order for the accessories still hadn't been placed. I was in contact with the store every other day saying i still hadn't received confirmation of my order only to be told that they would be placed that day. I know that the shop is busy during these times but it seems once they have your money you go to the bottom of the queue. In the end they refunded my money so no discount. I received the bike but had no helmet etc to go out on it and had to place my order for these elsewhere.
