The staff at the electric bike shop in Solihull were very friendly and inviting. Nothing was too much trouble. They explained everything and were very patient. They didn’t push you to buy and advised us on the best size bike would suit us. Their after service is the same, very professional. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that wants to go down this route.

Bought my e Crosshill 5.2 Gravel bike very pleased, staff very helpful and able to talk me through some of the settings on the bike app.
The bike goes well I tend to use the epower with hills and turn it off for the flats as the bike tends to roll well.

Had issues with the pace I bought my e bike from, broke pieces during a frame swap, intially someone from the Harrogate store messaged me saying they have the first 2 parts in stock, when receiving the bike part more was broke, messaged these as gave in with bike supplier, the customer service and delivery service was prompt. was very helpful.
