We went to look at electric bikes having done some research before hand so we knew basically what we wanted. The service we received was second to none very pleasant and knowledgeable,took time to make sure of the size we needed. One of the bike was not in stock at the shop but rang around others and found the last one available. Delivery was prompt and a detailed handover was given at the house. Really impressed with the whole process would certainly recommend

Ok don’t normally do reviews, but I feel I have to mention the wilmslow store staff, Chris Andy&Rob.Their knowledge and expertise and friendliness were 2nd to none. As it’s an honest review it’s important to mention that that the 1st cube Touring E bike I bought developed a faulty battery. And the way it was dealt with was 1st class from diagnosis to replacement. A replacement bike was sourced,checked,and Road tested and delivered for me. The way it was approached said everything to me.
So if you’re looking for a Cube E Bike, the electric bike shop is the place to go.

Never bother to leave reviews, but these guys have been top class throughout. Bought a Cube Stereo Hybrid on cycle to work - process was super easy, kept informed throughout, they did all the chasing, and got the bike way quicker than expected. After sales has also been brill - rear hub needed re-torqueing after ~200 miles and they did it same day. Awesome service across the Stroud and Gloucester stores, shout out to Vince, John, Dexter, and the team - Cheers lads.

Very pleased with my Cube Nuride e-bike bought after phoning the Sutton Coldfield store last week - agreed to pop in whilst passing (to try out sizes) only to find this bike, that turned out to be the perfect fit & just what I was looking for, had been delivered that very day! Bought using the Ready to Ride service which was fantastic - delivered within a few days, adjusted properly for me and given a thorough run through of all the workings etc, can’t give the guys at Sutton Coldfield store enough praise for all their help & advice

Dain and team very helpful at keeping my eBike on the road with my all-weather higher mileage; warranty claim handled well, any parts in short supply due to Covid etc sourced with some ingenuity and fitted to get bike back on road. Swapping a car for an eBike has been an amazing life-changing choice and I’ve been guided through it well.
