What a great experience from start to finish. Nikki and all the staff at Solihull branch were so helpful throughout. Novices to the ebike world but never made to feel that way. Helpful throughout buying process of 2 bikes, and even after purchase and had a small issue with gears , they were all even more helpful. Would certainly recommend to others. Friendly and helpful service. Pricing seemed to be competitive. The bike I wanted was in stock and I was able to take it the same day. A post-sales issue with the bike-stand was resolved on the same day. I received a follow-up call about a week later to ensure I was happy with the bike.

After doing my research on what particular E bike I wanted. Spoke to the lads at the Wilmslow store. Offered great advice. But most off all they are honest lads and very knowledgeable. I purchased a bike from them, they helped me back to the car. And I’ve spoke to them since my purchase a few times over the phone. Nothing to much trouble for them.

Was sold a bike only to be told 2 weeks later when I called for an update that they had sold bike twice and had given it to other person. No subsequent call to pay my deposit back or attempt to help me find any electric bike. Go to Thatcham near Reading brilliant shop loads of stock without all this upset and delay

The guy at the shop even helped me to fit it (which was a huge help given the size and weight of the bike!)
My first experience of them, but I will be using them again and would recommend them highly.
