Aron (Customer Service Advisor) and Kurt (Harrogate EBS Manager) we’re incredibly helpful and responsive to my minor technical issue on a Raleigh Stow-e-Way new ebike today. The teamwork across departments and locations this afternoon enabled me to rectify a minor issue at home and thus avoiding a lengthy trip to the Electric Bike Shop in Harrogate.
Prior Webchat with Sally yesterday and her advice as well as that from Cameron via email was also very much appreciated. Thank you all for assisting me most courteously and professionally with my questions and minor technical issue. Im a very happy customer indeed.

The Electric Bike Shop at Gloucester is a wonderful place to browse what's available for e-bikes. They have a huge choice of brand and models. Vince really helped me choose my first e-bike. He knew all about the models and batteries and motors. He also understood what I was looking to buy, and that together with the high stock levels made it an easy choice. I purchased my e-bike in August 2022, and have recently returned for my free 175 mile service. Again everything very professional, and customer focused. This time John and his team at Gloucester serviced my e-bike and I took the opportunity to buy some security items. Again great advice is always on hand. I couldn't be happier.
