After researching online, I'd decided that I'd like to purchase an Eovolt City 4 which was shown as being in stock at a fairly local shop (Stroud). When I rang them they no longer had one in stock but the chap I spoke to located one in their Birmingham shop. I rang them and spoke to Nikki. The only bike left was on display and Nikki boxed it up for me and it was with me in a couple of days. She had left the bike partly assembled and it was therefore easy to put together. Nikki gave me a courtesy call after receipt to check that I was happy with my purchase. She reminded me that I could take it to any of their shops for a free service after completing 175 miles. I'm very happy both with the bike and the service that I received from Nikki.

Great attention to detail and customer focus

It was a pleasure dealing with the electric Bike Shop team from our initial discussions to final purchase. The option of a test ride was very welcome and helped us to make the right decision for us.

Delivery times were not what we hoped for but I understand that this is due to component shortages at the e-bike manufacturers and could not be attributed to the team at The Electric Bike Shop.

In summary, we now have our bikes and are very pleased with them. The Electric Bike Shop has been very supportive throughout the process and we would buy from them again. Looking forward to putting in sufficent miles to bring the bikes back for their complementary first service.
