"A very belated review I originally…"

A very belated review I originally bought my Gocycle from another shop in the Electric Bike Shop chain 2021, my first purchase was problematic until it was eventually sorted out and I got a replacement that met my requirements this year.

I can say that my perseverance in working through the issues with my first bike was in wholly due to the professionalism, support and commitment of Stuart and the other members of the [Uckfied Branch]. Their aftersales service is second to none, in fact the best compliment I could give is that they gave the same if not better support than an Independent shop.

I would have absolute confidence of advising anyone considering or wanting to purchase of an electric bike to look no further than to visit this shop and would be confident that whomever I sent would also have the best after sale care available..

I can only apologise for taking this long to write my appreciation.

I visited the shop in Stroud with a a loose cogwheel on my Bianchi e bike. I am a Dutch tourist cycling in the Cotswolds.
My bike was repaired directly without any costs .

"Delivery as promised, great value and service."

Ordered a Birdbike online on 15/08. Chose EBS over Halfords as they the option of 0% finance, ideal for something I wasn’t sure I’d use(!).
Original delivery date was 22-24/08, not heard anything by 23/08, but after contacting online, received DX delivery email anyway. Shouldn’t have panicked. Delivered today 24/08. Can’t comment on bike yet (just managed a 7 mile test, but seems ok).
Ordering was simple and quick, even when applying for in house finance, received immediate confirmations (Took 20 mins in total).
Good delivery and bike arrived semi-built (add pedals and straighten up handlebars) Also came with record of bike being tested(brakes etc). All round really good service, bit slow to let me know arriving, but it is holiday season, and it did arrive when promised.
Having not cycled for 20+ years and used an ebike in Belgium recently, this is a great way to get back on a bike and have the confidence to go further and up hills!
I would definitely recommend an ebike, and EBS have a good selection and good service (and answer livechat immediately and in a friendly helpful manner)

Excellent customer service. Two calls to check everything was ok with the order and delivery. Couldn't have been more helpful. Very happy with my new Cube. Would definately use this Comany again.

"I bought a Cube MTB Electric Hardtail in…WILMSLOW"

I bought a Cube MTB Hardtail in September 2021 and have covered 3000 miles already. The service and support from the Wilmslow branch has been nothing short of sensational. I also have a Giant Electric Road bike and although the service is good from a family business, the service-support from the team at Wilmslow is FIVE STAR. Well done guys.

"No problem sale and delivery."

My first Ebike and variety, price and availability were all met by this dealer. Once my choice was made I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of ordering and speed of the actual delivery. The bike was well packaged and unloaded easily with the assistance of the friendly driver. Also customer service were very helpful by advising how to alter some adjustments and asking for aftersales comments etc.
Certainly recommended.

"unable to keep an ebike."

After receiving an ebike ordered October 2021 I found myself unable to keep the bike.
The Electric Bike Shop arranged collection of the bike and funds have now been refunded to my credit card
