A great experience. Helpful service - I definitely recommend the Harrogate store.
We haven’t had our bikes serviced yet but are enjoying them a lot.
I only knocked a star off for the lack of parking outside the shop as we picked our bikes up in a horse trailer. To be fair - it did not detract from the good experience that much ! We got as close as we could and loaded them.
Thanks for a seamless experience from online purchase to collection.

Excellent service when we purchased our electric bikes and when we picked them up they fitted my bike rack on the front for me.
We have used our bikes on numerous occasions now and although my bike is not quite as powerful as my last bike we are very happy with them

Bike is awesome, and no faults! Had to wait a while for stock, but then spoke to very knowledgeable staff when I collected it. Helped me get it into my boot for the first time. Being able to go into a physical shop to try frame sizes and geometries before ordering is absolutely priceless.

"Harrogate store excellence"

Just collected my new full suspension ebike from the Harrogate store. Delighted with the level of customer service received throughout the whole process from ordering to collection. Spoke to several members of staff at different times and all were very obliging and helpful. On collection Kurt went out of his way to answer various questions I asked and I left the store very impressed.

I decided on which bike I was after and then ordered from The Electric Bike shop. There was a slight delay due to the supplier which I was always kept up to date with and when it arrived received a great handover. I would highly recommend. Nikki was great.
