"Very accommodating shop"

John and Rory were the two people we dealt with when buying our bikes.
We found both of them very knowledgeable,helpful and there was no pressure to buy.
We were both allowed to go out on a ride around to make sure everything was to our liking. Adjustments were made to individual needs and we placed our order.
We have since picked them up and they are everything we hoped they would be .

Me and my partner ,Sue , have just purchased two Tern Vektron S10 Ebikes, from The Electric Bike shop in Bristol , Whiteladies Road . We took our time to browse the available ebikes, and settled on the Tern Vekron , and were shown around the bikes by Jon , who was very helpful , and knowledgeable. we never felt any pressure to make any decisions . overall our buying experience was relaxed and leisurely . we were fortunate in that Jon was able to find the two bikes we wanted from other UK stores , these are hard to source bikes . we were phone during the next week , and made an appointment to collect the now assembled bikes from the store in Bristol . we cannot recommend The Electric Bike Shop enough , and are happy to have chosen this store for our purchase .

I recently purchased an e-bike and had a slight issue.
No problem booking in and them dealing with it.

Good communication throughout from The Electric Bike Shop. Delivered ahead of stated time.
I was disappointed that there were no assembly instructions. Ok, its not rocket science but the pedals, handlebars and front wheel all needed to be fitted, properly. I had difficulty with the front wheel until I realised there was a plastic insert between the front brake pads!
The bike is superb.
The instruction manual is probably the worst I have ever seen. It covers a huge range of very different cube bikes in many languages. Very difficult to find what you are looking for.

Having researched E bikes a bit before we visited the shop, there were still things we needed to know/understand. Luke, who was the lad that walked us through these queries, was excellent as was Nikki who provided support to him as and when needed(who I think was his superior). Based on the help given, we bought the bikes on that day which were delivered about 10 days. We had arranged for this to include a handover and a run down of both bike features and this was done by Paul in a friendly and constructive way. So, very pleased we our experience.

Visited the Uckfield store after a meeting at the recent Ardingly show and was pleasantly surprised at their range of bikes.
I must mention the young lad George who despite his youthful looks knew all about the bikes, their spec and what variants were available. Very impressive, he had all the facts stored ready for any question then provided unfaltering answers.
I passed this on to his peers as he deserved it and the credit for my buying a brand new Haibike the next day.
Store was clean, tidy and the bikes neatly arranged for ease of access to view and pull one out when needed.
A very impressive setup and all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable despite being busy. Ready to speak as soon as approached.
Well done and worthy of praise.
