Not only was the delivery quicker than expected but the follow up on a Very Minor issue was dealt with quickly and professionally,( which comes as a Pleasant surprise theses days). Hats off to Aron McCubbin of the customer service department. Will certainly buy again from this company.

Great welcome from the guys when we went in for our Click and Collect. Lots of helpful advice and tutorial for us as new electric bike owners. Quick ride around the big, quiet car park to check the setup. Would highly recommend!

"Sheer incompetence"

Utterly shambolic from the start. Denied having received £500 deposit on bike, eventually confirmed the order had gone to Bristol branch rather than London. Never returned any calls and all guarantees of delivery times were lies and delayed by weeks and months. Told that bikes were in stock and would be dispatched. Then told after numerous calls that the website must have been inaccurate etc. I was spending over £7000 with this shop and have now cancelled the order and still waiting for the £500 each deposit for two bikes to be refunded. I would recommend you avoid this organisation at all costs. Ps. I found the identical bikes from another shop and had a very professional experience buying them.

Simply outstanding company to deal with. The staff at the Bristol branch we visited were extremely helpful and carefully explained all the relevant details regarding the bike we purchased, John especially was very patient with my wife’s concern over tyre choices!
I would and will use them again even though it’s a 7 hour round trip for us!

Although it is a 100 mile round trip I opted for click and collect from the Wilmslow branch to take advantage of the £100 accessories offer. The shop contacted me, as promised, when the bike arrived (within the timescale promised) and I arranged collection for the next day. On arrival I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming store staff and spent the next hour receiving a comprehensive briefing about the bike, the suspension was adjusted to my size and weight and as I opted for a set of mudguards, these were fitted as part of the service. In hindsight I could have asked for these to be fitted prior to collection but it was interesting to watch the care taken over the fitting. The staff were clearly enthusiasts across a range of disciplines and were quite happy to discuss a range of topics. They advised a check after 175 miles to ensure everything remained tight and removed the warning from the controller to enable me to have this done elsewhere should I choose. Given the level of service I will probably return to Wilmslow for this and combine the trip with a ride out on my return.

Great service in picking bike up however the gears were not set up right kept missing change and faulty tyre which I had both done from local professional bike mechanic
