Collected 2 Cube bikes today from the
Wilmslow store . The staff couldn't be more helpful, or knowledgeable, answering a myriad of questions over the last week or so. Kept us updated as to delivery with a very professional handover today. We hope this is the start of a long term service relationship. Very highly recommended. Well done to the team .

"Fantastic company"

Well, where do i start? From the first contact The Electric Bike Shop have been exceptional. Before I brought my Haibike I wanted to ask some questions. Emails and phone calls answered promptly, no left on hold or passing around different people. That is quite unique these days.
When i finally ordered the bike, I was informed of how to the order was progressing and a time scale for delivery. The bike arrived well packaged and even wrapped in a protective blanket. Unfortunately, on inspection, the kickstand was broken off the Chainstay fitting. I reported it straight away and took some photos and within a few days my replacement arrived. Absolutely brilliant, no quibble, just got on with it.
Personally, I cant speak highly enough for the company. Well done team.

"Really good experience"

Really good experience. They got me the bike I wanted in good time and dispatched it quickly. I did have to use their customer service for a small issue, but the response was lightening fast and I’m happy with the resolution . Would recommend.

Cube Kathmandu Hybrid bike delivered today from Brentwood store….my postcode was on the limit of the 75 mile delivery radius!
Original order placed at the Uckfield store where I received good advice with respect to the sizing.
Very thorough handover & briefing - well worth the extra surcharge over a courier delivery.
Service from both outlets very professional.
My first venture into e-bikes.

"I didn't buy my bike from this store…"

I didn't buy my bike from this store but when I was struggling to source replacement forks for my Cube bike - the team were very helpful and coordinated with my mechanic to ensure it was fit for purpose. The forks were reasonable and only £5 delivery made it affordable. Thank you for all your help and support - the forks have been installed and are great. Can highly recommend the team.

"Customer service"

Bought a cube bike from the Bristol store. The bike was excellent but the customer service was totally unacceptable. No battery keys were delivered with the bike. After informing the store I had to wait 4 months to receive them. I was told lie after lie by the customer service manager. Even after I received them I was promised a gift as a token gesture of apology. Needless to say it was never received.
The product they sell was good but after sales was deplorable. Just hope nothing goes wrong with what you buy.
In fact it’s better not to buy off them. They never tell the truth. They have edited their original review about staff shortage being a fault and getting in touch for the ‘gift’ as a way of apologising.

The team at the Stroud store couldn't have been more helfpul. No pushy sales talk, took a lot of time to tell me about the bike. "Continued help and advice"

I bought my Cube electric bike from the Stroud branch and have had it about a year now. We have a lot of hills in Stroud and I have used it such a lot - I really recommend getting one..! The staff in the shop couldn't have been more helpful and have continued to help and advise me if I have need it...thank you to Vince and his team!
