What a great find this company turned out to be. We had tried a few others but when you’re investing this much in two e-bikes you need to feel your custom is valued and the staff care about your experience. Vince, the manager and John the technician made us feel that in spades. We purchased two great Raleigh e-bikes and a few extras and have no hesitation in recommending both the bikes and the selling team. Thanks guys.

Great website. Having extensively researched electric bikes and decided what I wanted, the Electric Bike Shop had the best deal going by far. As I live too far away to visit and ride home, the deliver to your door option was well worth it. Communication from the shop to fix the delivery date and time was good. The bike was duly delivered and adjustments made - I am quite short - and everything was clearly explained. I went off on a short test ride to make sure everything fitted.
Paperwork all done and I am enjoying an excellent bike. Thanks guys.

Had a few minor issues due to delivery damage and Aron dealt with everything swiftly and I received the missing tools the following day. Also the after service is excellent with an offer of a free service and just a courtesy call to see how the bikes were and to make sure we were totally satisfied. Thanks

Despite my reservations, having had a few issues with my own purchase at your Bristol store, I recommended my sister visit the Bristol store to look at which bikes were available and have a test ride to make sure she was happy about such a significant investment. Sadly since this shop moved from Henleaze to Whiteladies Road, I feel the standard of service is very poor. She couldn’t try out the bike she was interested in and would have to make a 100% purchase to have one delivered with no trial! The staff like to use lots of technical jargon, rather patronising to some less technical people and seem more interested in people spending £8000 on a bike rather than £1600. I will not be bringing my bike in for its service and shall instead take it to a professional independent near home! Thankfully my sister found a lovely bike which will be built to suit her needs from a great shop near home which cost her more but because the owner asked the right questions without any patronising tone which she was able to test ride first!
Update to response, a test ride was not offered. Read my original message! The bike she liked was apparently the only one in the shop, it was sold although no sign on it to say so! Your customer service lacks any sincerity. It strikes me you are only interested in the high end of the e-bike market! Diversity and choice should be your aim if you expect your business model to succeed!
