It was at their shop in Essex but I was in the Midlands - friendly and efficient phone call quickly arranged for its delivery to Nottingham and the rest is history.

I bought my new bike from the Wilmslow store. I visited the store three times, the assistant was very helpful on each occasion. They did there best to locate the bike I wanted but unfortunately there were none available at the time. However they sold me another bike that I am delighted with, they went to a lot of trouble on my behalf. Compared to other bike outlets both on line or high streets I found them very competitively priced.
