"The wheel on my pram was bust"

The wheel on my pram was bust. A problem as the pram is essential for transporting our two toddlers. I went into The Electric Bike Shop. Hoping against hope. Prams not being in their wheelhouse (sorry). Sheng coudn't have been more helpful. Hey presto, a functioning wheel within minutes. No charge. What a man. What a store.

Popped into the Harrogate shop on the off chance to see if they could fix my daughter’s bike pedal. Staff were so
helpful- they happened to have the part needed, so they fixed it on the day in 10 minutes. Thanks to Kurt, Alex and Gabe who were all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Have been in previously for a bike build- again super quick service, and will definitely be booking in a service for our bikes. Thanks :)

Amazing service right from my first enquiry through to final purchase. Totally in love with the bike and almost can't wait for the 40km cycle back to the Harrogate store for 1st service. Can't recommend them enough

First thing I would say that if you are looking to buy an e bike is that this store has an incredible range to choose from and all the staff I engaged with had a wealth of knowledge which gave me confidence
Firstly I was asked what type of cycling I did in order to recomend which bikes to select from to suit my needs,then I was offered a test ride in the adjacent park which proved very useful. I purchased my bike and was given a very thorough training on riding and maintaining my new bike
