"Such a friendly lot."

What a friendly, relaxed and patient lot they are. In my visits between September to now for test rides, buying a bike and getting it serviced, I've had a great experience with Owain, Richard and Mike.
They are busy so when I have called I may not be able to get through to the Bristol branch and instead I go through to head office but the people there are just as helpful.

We bought 2 electric bikes from the Nottingham store - an Estarli cargo bike for delivering coffee in town, and an Ebco. Both bikes are fantastic - sturdy, well-equipped and look the part. We were also impressed with the store - parking is easy, the store is spacious and light, well set out with loads of great bikes, and accessories such as helmets and locks at good prices. The team that were present that day, Nate and Chris, were relaxed and friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products. Well done - an electric bike is a substantial investment so to have a great all-round experience is important - you guys nailed it!

What a blessing these guys are. They took in my bike at my request, after purchasing it online and assembling it myself. This was to ensure I had put it together safely due to having arthritic hands. Good thing I did! Most of the screws were loose and Nate even went beyond that, by fitting the awkward mud guards and mobile phone holder for me, which were also in the pack.

Items not dispatched when they were meant to be, had to chase them, no contact to say they wouldn’t deliver when they were due to. If I hadn’t contacted them it wouldn’t have been received. Accessories chosen were in stock when ordered but then told not in stock, so had to have alternative items. Accessories arrived far later than advised on purchasing. Bike has a fault with peddles and company not interested in helping just wanting to blame us for installation. Currently stuck with a bike that is not working. Would not recommend.

Bought a bike from this outfit but was not able to collect it and eventually was unable to proceed due to ill-health.

However, that does not detract from the excellent service their Nottingham Branch gave, from start to to finish they were faultless, their manager Mark had excellent product knowledge, gave clear helpful advice and went the extra mile, his patience was excellent and he really did make buying a bike a pleasure. Likewise his staff were switched on and helpful.

Sadly I wasn't able to proceed due to ill-health but if things pick up in the future this branch and business will be my first stop.

If you are unsure as to if you want to travel the EMTB route with a bike then visit here first, you won't be disappointed.

my expereince with The Electric Bike Shop has been brilliant from the moment I first went in to present day. When I first arrived I had no idea what kind of bike I wanted to buy and Richard talked me through all the different bikes and helped me narrow down what I wanted. I then had 2 free trial bike rides which helped me decide further what bike I felt was best for me. I subsequently bought a bike from them which I am extremely happy with.
