"Thanks Danielle and Megan"

This is an updated review for Quadrivium Point. Danielle Frost and Megan Duff have been fantastic assets to the company. They work with diligence and patience to manage a difficult environment that has readily improved. It's not perfect by any means, I don't put ANY stock in Encore as a company (and recommend doing research before moving into a building managed by them), but Megan and Danielle are proof that competent, hard working employees are their greatest asset. Thanks ladies.

But please, please can we sort out the ground floor damp because it's truly unacceptable to make people live in conditions where mould is everywhere and detrimental to their health, especially children.

"The Management of The Atrium"

The Management of The Atrium, Nottingham is VERY VERY POOR, almost everyday, the alarm goes off and it’s frustrating dealing with inconvenience of going downstairs Everytime when this happens, there’s nobody that comes to fix it, fire alarm just keeps going off, this is very harmful and bad.

"Obstructive Parking"

On 11th August 2023 an ambulance was delayed getting to me due to obstructive parking and for circa 3-4 years my neighbours have been parking two cars in what is a single parking bay which restricts access to my parking bay. Sometimes I am totally prevented from using the parking bay and I have to walk 2-3 streets away to park. This is despite the other resident having two parking bays which they refuse to use.

For a year Elise has been making every effort to get this resident to park in a more considerate manner, i.e., one car in each one parking bay. This actually happened yesterday although whilst writing I notice it only lasted 24 hours as I currently cannot drive my car out of my parking bay once again.

Elise deserves 5 stars for trying to resolve this issue and being constantly sent emails by me.

"Great to deal with"

I must say that Kirsty from Encore Estates has been a great help with my apartment, she is very polite and always answers my queries promptly and efficiently. All my dealings so far with Encore have been positive.

"Used to be OK. Now have zero service"

Poor service. Take ages to respond. Latest instance 17 days, don’t even bother apologising for the delay nor actually answer all the points raised in my query. The above shows little respect for their customers. Also I have in writing from them that if you chase them their system attaches it to the unanswered email date stamps it with that date so moves you to the back of the queue. So basically if you dare to chase we will sit on it for even longer. Shows complete contempt. Also their complaint procedure say you have to write and send in the post to them. What a complete joke! If they bother to read this ref is 326/012 UPDATE now 23 days and awaiting answers

"Awful company"

I'm a leaseholder at a property in Derby. Encore have raised the fee from £1200 a year to £2700 a year over 10 years. The lift doesn't work and they are refusing to fix it quoting "there's no money in the pot". They take a minimum of £8000 as they're fee from the entire budget. The front door has been broken, the doorbell system not working, the parking gates broken multiple times, dirty carpets in the communal area, security lights not working and some of these have taken over a year to fix. The staff on the phone say they can't do anything and will pass on a message to the manager then you hear nothing for months. Unless you keep calling them back every week, they don't get back in touch. Awful management company who are charging a ridiculous amount, more than double most other similar properties in the area. Gardeners only come once a month instead of every 2 weeks, and they try to blame building issues on tenants/leaseholders as their problem to fix even if it's an internal structural fault.

Alan works very hard to keep the area clean & tidy for the children, it is a safe space for the children to play as Alan keeps on top of the litter etc! He is very friendly and polite!
