When I started reviewing Encore our estate was a real mess, since then things have steadily improved and yesterday the tree surgeons finished there work and I can honestly say in the 30 years I have lived here the estate has never looked better.

"TV Signal Restored"

We lost the TV signal from the shared aerial system in our apartment and for a moment we thought it was our TV. Mohammed quickly arranged for an aerial technician to visit who restored the service quickly and normal service was resumed. Super speedy response was much appreciated. Many thanks

"Door lock broken "

We had the lock broken on the main door of the building, I have call the agency of the services for the building and spoke to a lovely lady called Veronika, she has been very helpful in no time. The contractor contact me back in minutes and ask me to fix the door for time being so we could save any emergency charges until the lock get replaced. So we will have the door fixed very soon. This was a very good team work 👍.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Megan Duff who was very helpful with the issue I have with a water leak coming into my flat from the upstairs flat.

When I originally contact Encore to report the problem, the lady I spoke with advised she would pass my number over to someone who looks after the development. I received a call back from Megan, who was lovely to speak with and more importantly very helpful.

I contacted encore again regarding the same issue via their general email and Megan picked it up and replied in good time, providing all the necessary information and took the time to highlighted time constraints, which was very much appreciated.

Thank you again Megan, your help has been invaluable.

We had some problems with our block of flats in regards waste (dumping!!) but having emailed Megan in the morning, the situation was fixed by the next day. Fantastic service from someone who actually wants to help in creating a good, clean place for everyone to live.

I have contacted Megan before in regards to lots of different issues. All were actioned in good time and informed me about the whole process along the way.
