I have been trying to resolve a dispute over an unjustified and unexplained charge for over 2 years. A succession of admin staff seem to have no idea of what they are doing, and simply revert to threats of legal action and yet more charges. Every piece of correspondence is an embarrassment to the corporate image. I would not deal with them if the owners committee left me with an option.

This was my first experience using the PLACES App, and I ordered two Fobs. Ella Wallden responded immediately and sent the Fobs by mail within 1 week. Unfortunately, one of the Fobs did not work at all, but following Ella's suggestion, she was able to replace the faulty Fob with a good one. The customer service was excellent, with a very kind and helpful attitude, prompt action, and a commitment to finding a solution.
