Thank you to Amy Parker! I got in touch with her soon after she started her role as a Property Manager at the Bracknell branch of Encore Estates about renovations to the outside of the block of flats where I live. She is proactive and responds promptly and in a considered way to emails and messages, which made the process of agreeing work to be done, getting quotes, choosing contractors, understanding limitations, and checking finances a smooth and relatively easy process. The works have now been completed to a very high standard, and the outside of the block of flats looks better than it did 15 years ago!

"I was a Director of a property in…"

I was a Director of a property in Kensington, London which managed 52 apartments for many years. Over the years I experienced tremendous demands and frustrations from the residents, and witness the changes of many estate management agencies.

I moved to the Taplow Riverside estate in early 2019. I heard similar complaints from residents with similar experiences. However, I got in touch with the Estate Management recently, and to my surprised I received a swift response from Charlotte Cooper - our new Estate Manager. She was the first Estate Manager I have came across who is efficient, responsive, and cares to listen and is eager to help. Ever since Charlotte Cooper took over the management of the Estate, we have received messages and newsletters regularly informing us about what is going on within the Estate that is very transparent, which is what we wanted. I reported to Charlotte some issue about the maintenance agreements that have concerned me for a number of years. I had raised these concerns in the past on a number of occasions but did not receive a response. Since I got in touch with Charlotte the matters were resolved in days. Charlotte Cooper is a young Lady who is eager to learn and she is one of the most efficient members of the management staff who manager this estate. I wish Charlotte Cooper every success in her future career, and hopefully she will stay with us!

"Called for the noise from my neighbour "

Called yesterday regarding to noise made by my neighbour downstair at the early morning. Mary was very helpful and reported this issue to the landlord immediately. She also sent me an email saying that if the issue is not resolved, she is willing to help me to resolve it. I am so grateful for her help.

I have been a Director of our property management team for over seven years and in that time I have worked with three managing agents and a countless number of property managers. Charlotte Coooper and Elise Hunt are by a country mile the best I have experienced. Professional, diligent and supportive in all areas, a delight to work with on a day to day basis. My only ongoing concern is they get snapped up by another company!

"Change to Encore for a Better Future "

I and my fellow director are so pleased we found Encore to manage our development. They have been a breath of fresh air after our previous company. They have been very proactive in managing our development in exceptionally difficult circumstances due to lack of funds being transferred from our previous managing agents. They deserve a five star review for the way they manage and interact with both directors and leaseholders alike by responding immediately to any concerns. If your managing agent is not responding in a professional way I would urge you to contact Encore, you will not be disappointed.
