I had a problem with overflowing gutters which need maintenance and for the third time damaged decorating in my apartment. Encore offered for the second time to repay my costs over a twelve month period, which l found to be unacceptable.
I contacted Lucy Blagg at "Encore" and l have to say she went above and beyond her duties to get me payment that was due. She even contacted me during her annual break.
I cannot commend Lucy enough she is a gem of an employee and if l was still in business l would employ her myself.
