Improve by informing ALL residents of what plans are. Ie I was inspected 3 weeks ago but today Wednesday I was asked to be done again why and why was I not informed about this. Slapdash service. As a management company you do not really look after residents. Me not happy. To be honest Encore has to put cctv cameras in all of the stair Wells. High up to stop being vandals inform ALL residents what is happening no improvement will result in us voting for a new management company.

Bonnie from Encore Estate Management has been amazing from when she reached out to me. I had previously asked someone to fix the security light and has chased and chased but never had a response. I then discovered she had left the company… Bonnie picked up on the matter & it is now all sorted. She went above & beyond to help me. She has been available to always answer my questions & never made me feel a nuisance. She also has helped me with further questions about my property and always went away & found the answers for me if she did not know. Bonnie got in touch with the right people for me & made my life a lot easier. She has been incredibly helpful and I am so grateful for all her help. Terrible service when you want to sell your property. Their legal team cannot give a response to the buyer's solicitor inquiries - a budget schedule and financials, which should be ready and prepared by a professional management company. The excuse was we need to get it right and send the correct information. When I speak to their legal team another time, I'm told we have a backlog of inquiries, when there are only two flats for sale in a 50+ residence - not excessive. It has been two weeks now and they cannot give us time for the 4 questions raised. Worst management company that I've dealt with for sale.

She was very efficient in moving one issue forward for me. The two other issues I raised received a detailed explanation of the current position and steps being taken to reach a resolution.

"Credit where credit is due - Mansard House, Northampton"

As a private landlord maintenance is another overhead but credit where credit is due. Encore Estates Management and in particular Steve Whyman that looks after Mansard House, Northampton have been excellent. General maintenance and upkeep of the building and its grounds is well planned and routinely maintained and any issues addressed promptly with good communication to residents. I also like you have a point of contact (a person) that is physically there and responds to any enquiries. Money well spent in my opinion, so many management companies take your money but you don’t see where it goes.
