Having lived here for over twenty years I can honestly say that she surpasses anyone I’ve been in touch with over the years
Leanne deals with things professionally and thoroughly
I have had problems with guttering leaks and she has sorted that as well as sorting out satellite wires on the building efficiently and professionally
The person she asked to inspect the water on the wall was very professional
As regards to finding the problem which is the guttering
I can’t recommend her enough she truly is fantastic at her job and the estate is in good hands with her
Bonny also was very good on the phone and passed me to Leanne who has dealt with problems professionally and efficiently

Encore have managed my development for many years. The service we receive as leaseholders is exceptional, always clean and tidy, both inside and externally, and any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. Although I can honestly say that in the 17 years I have owned my properties, I have never encountered any problems with the service provided.

This rating is for Leanne Griffin rather than Encore really. Whenever I've contacted Encore via email or phone they have not been as responsive and property managers who we worked with so far were not as responsive and willing to help as Leanne is. In my eyes the difference is evident both in the response speed as well as the content of the responses. Encore should appreciate and try to keep people like Leanne who so far have provided what I would characterise as a good and responsive service.
