"Wall Repair"
I reported a damaged wall on the Northlake Estate in Bracknell on 14th October where some of the soldier course of bricks had become detached and others were unstable. I received a request by email for photographs of the damage and within the afternoon was advised that a job had been created with their contractor. The job was completed on the following Monday (17th). I would like to thank Kira Baker (Asst Property Manager) for her excellent help in getting this issue resolved in a timely fashion.

Encore have been servicing the communal areas of our block of apartments for a while now and each time they come it’s left impeccable and smelling very fresh. I want to give a special mention to Pete who works for Encore. My husband had lost his driving licence and Pete had found it in the communal area of our building. The address on it was a family members where he no longer resided and Pete had gone out of his way to deliver this personally. I cannot thank you enough. I first contacted Kira Baker, the Assistant Property Manager for my apartment, to raise concerns about the state of the communal gardens and external paintwork of the apartment buildings.
Her response was prompt and very constructive. The gardens were sorted within a few days and contractors commissioned to rectify the peeling external paintwork. She also sought professional advice on a more durable solution to the external paintwork problem, for which she has asked an estimate to help inform a business decision on the way forward.
It is a very refreshing change to deal with such an enthusiastic and customer focused professional! Thank you Kira!

Interesting breach of data protection by divulging private and confidential matters. I'll forward this to the relevant authorities. And finally... your company charges extortionate supposed administration fees for chasing payment UPFRONT! NOT IN ARREARS so please do not pretend you are in negative equity. And worse one month late payment requiring over £400 admin and legal fees for a £430 odd invoice is taking the mickey out of your leaseholder. That's why you are sharks amongst sharks. Nasty bunch of clowns hiding behind phones and solicitors
