It’s no surprise to see so many 5-star reviews on this site for Kayleigh Cowan – Estate Manager extraordinaire. What is unbelievably surprising though is that despite Kayleigh’s legendary status as an amazing manager, she’s still an ‘Assistant’ Estate Manager! I do hope this latest 5-star review helps Kayleigh achieve the status of full Estate Manager that she so fully deserves.
I’ve known Kayleigh (and Ben) for years and they both do an amazing job looking after Warren Close. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Kayleigh in particularly always goes above and beyond to ensure the smooth running on the estate. In all my dealing with her, I’ve found her to be an intelligent, professional, patient, reliable and a trustworthy individual who’s always willing to help.
She tells you what should be done, tells you when and how it will be done, and delivers. She’s always extremely responsive to questions, no matter how small. Having spoken with others at Warren Close, I know that Kayleigh is held in the highest regard by all those who know her.
It’s thanks in no small part to Ben and Kayleigh’s hard work and the continued efforts that Warren Close is the flagship estate that it is.

Rubbish company as they don’t accept credit card payments in this modern day an age, even independent gardeners and window cleaners now accept credit card payments, Howe this big company doesn’t want to facilitate credit card payments to help customers that are financially struggling to pay land management fees in these hard times.

Positive reviews are based on bonuses given to staff to get tenants to leave reviews, so the only reviews you see here are the ones that estate managers know will leave good ones, normally directors of estates that manage themselves and encore just agree to in order to keep that estate.

Hello I just want to say about amazing worker Allan McClure he is working in rapier street I'm resident of this erea really hard worker and as well really friendly he just to day help me so much I was just drop my car key to Rain collection wells and he gated for me and bring me home. However I am very grateful for the excellent support and service levels received from Jordan Kirk.
