Eventually in March 2023 WoodVenture admitted that the order had been lost and were going to send replacements after they'd fulfilled their Jan and Feb orders. When I complained about this delay, pointing out that my order should be a priority, they stopped communicating with me. I have now asked for a refund but they seem to be ignoring me.
Do not order from this company!
